We distribute product through Dealer such as Laeveld Agrochem, Inteligro etc, across the country. Villa is owned by Winfield United USA, which is part of the Land O’ Lakes Group in the USA. Villa resides in a holding company Winfield United South Africa.
Business Situation
The Marketing Department has 13 field representatives that call on Dealer customers across the country. They provide technical and marketing support of the products. We are in need of amongst other, a CRM program. We are running Microsoft Business Central and would like to integrate these resources also into the CRM program as a tool for the field representatives.
